This Fire by Design Standard Capacity replacement pilot will keep your fire pit lighting at every ignition. This replacement pilot for Standard Capacity (SC) Fire by Designs All Weather Electronic Ignition System (AWEIS) is easy to install and services a wide range of configurations.We offer a replacement for older pre-2018 models and 2018 models. The new 2018 model features “Dual Pilot Gas Technology” which prolongs the life of the unit considerably. The pre-2018 and 2018 vintages are not interchangeable. This AWEIS replacement pilot works on all Fire By Design Standard Capacity (SC) AWEIS boxes.
- Our Fire by Design All Weather Electronic Ignition System (AWEIS) replacement pilot is available in many configurations. This AWEIS replacement pilot is easy to install and replace and is compatible with any Fire by Designs standard capacity (SC) AWEIS box.
- Select from 24vac or 12vac, propane or natural gas, pilot head length, and AWEIS style. There are 2 AWEIS styles: Old Style (for AWEIS units made before 2018) and New Style (for AWEIS units made in 2018). These 24vac and 12vac fire pit ignition pilot replacements are not swimming pool certified.
- The new style pilot features the new “Dual Pilot Gas Technology”. The new style pilot features (2) pilot flames which prolongs the life of the igniter considerably. The old syle features (1) pilot flame. The new style and old style are not interchangeable, not compatible. Please select “old style” if your Fire by Designs AWEIS was made before 2018.
- This AWEIS pilot replacement features a silicon nitride hot surface ignition. This glow plug efficiently and reliably lights the gas pilot which will ignite your outdoor gas fire pit. This pilot also features a thermopile flame/heat sensor. This sensor will detect if the flame is lost and send a signal to re-start the ignition cycle if the flame is lost.
- This fire pit electronic ignition replacement pilot is perfect for when your Fire by Designs AWEIS needs to be serviced. Save your old pilot, Fire by Designs will refurbish your old one for a fee.
